CAB Futsal provides student-athletes with professional skills coaching and exposure to prep school opportunities. CAB Sports was founded in 2013 by Charlie Bour, graduate of St. Lawrence University. Bour helped the Saints earn four straight NCAA appearances from 2001-2004, reaching the NCAA Final Four in 2002. While at St. Lawrence University, Bour also studied abroad in Spain, Costa Rica, and Bolivia. For the 2009 and 2010 soccer seasons, Bour returned to St. Lawrence University as the assistant men's soccer coach. In 2010, the Saints won the Liberty League and made the NCAA tournament yet again.

Joining with Charles Bour at CAB Futsals inception is Chris Lepak. With a career spanning from the international stage to championship-winning high school programs, Lepak brings an unparalleled level of expertise to CAB Futsal. His coaching philosophy is rooted in the same high-performance standards he utilized while working with the Senior USA Paralympic Team and the Senior Beach Soccer Team.
Chris has a proven track record of identifying and developing elite talent, having coached numerous players who have moved on to compete at the professional level and across all divisions of collegiate soccer. His ability to translate complex tactical concepts into rapid player development is what sets his programs apart.

Lepak currently lives in Farmington, CT with his wife and two children and coaches the Farmington High School Girls Soccer team. He also provides year round Futsal and Soccer clinics around the state.
